1. About these terms
These terms govern the sale of watches by Watch Trading Complex ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our shipping, returns and refund policy.
2. Pricing & currency
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Where local-currency pricing is offered at checkout, the amount you are charged in that currency is the binding price for your order. Liquidation prices are reduced and may change at any time before purchase.
3. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor, or by bank wire where arranged. We dispatch your watch once payment has cleared. Title to the watch passes to you on full payment.
4. Authenticity
We warrant that every watch we sell is genuine and as described. Each piece is authenticated before sale. If a watch is found not to be as described, you are entitled to a return and full refund under our returns policy.
5. Availability
Each watch is a single, individual item and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a watch is sold it is no longer available. We make reasonable efforts to keep availability accurate; if an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping, import tax, returns and refunds are governed by our shipping, returns and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Import taxes & compliance
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT or GST and for ensuring the import of the watch complies with local law. We provide the documentation required for customs clearance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is established. Please confirm the governing jurisdiction with us before purchase if it is material to you.
