Shipping, returns & refund policy

Authentication guarantee

Every watch sold by Watch Trading Complex is inspected and authenticated by experienced specialists before sale. We sell only genuine timepieces and verify the reference, serial, movement and finishing against the manufacturer's specifications.

Payment

Orders are paid securely online at checkout. We accept major cards via our payment processor; bank wire can be arranged for higher-value pieces. Your watch is dispatched once payment has cleared.

Shipping & delivery

All watches ship fully insured for their full value with tracking, by overnight or express courier depending on destination. Typical transit is 1–2 business days within the US and 2–5 business days internationally. A signature is required on delivery.

Import duties & taxes

For international orders, any import VAT, duty or GST charged by the destination country (for example UK/EU import VAT, UAE 5% VAT, or Singapore GST) is the responsibility of the buyer and is payable on arrival. We provide a full commercial invoice and documentation for customs clearance.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible watches within 14 days of delivery, where the listing indicates returns are allowed, provided the watch is unworn, undamaged, and complete with all original accessories and paperwork. To start a return, contact us before sending anything back. Some clearly marked liquidation pieces may be sold as final sale; this is stated on the individual watch page.

Refunds

Once a returned watch is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refundable on faulty or misdescribed items; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is arranged insured and may be deducted from the refund.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once a watch has shipped, the returns policy above applies.
